Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Endeavour Awards 2011

The Research Office has confirmed the next round of the Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Endeavour Awards, which provide scholarships for the ‘best and brightest’ university postgraduate and undergraduate students from Australia and Asia to undertake not only international study and research, but also internships or work placements.

Please note the timeline for this year’s process and in particular the faculties’ involvement in the shortlisting process.

Applications to faculties: Applications will be registered and redistributed to faculties for short listing on Monday 5 July (refer to section 7 of attached booklet for selection process).

Return shortlist: Return to Inta Heimanis by Friday 16 July 2010

Final selection: Central Selection Committee nominated by Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) will meet and finalise the list of undergraduate and postgraduate nominees prior to 23 July 2010.

These timelines are very tight and I appreciate your cooperation in helping us to meet them.
