The 2010 round of Faculty of Arts Excellence in Teaching Awards is now open.
The Faculty Awards program is designed to recognise the teaching excellence of staff at all career levels, to encourage teachers to engage in reflective teaching practices and to promote and support the development of high quality and innovative teaching. The Teaching and Learning Committee encourages teaching staff in the Faculty to consider applying for an award, and/or to encourage colleagues to consider applying.
There are three award categories: Excellence in Teaching (Design and Practice) Excellence in Teaching (Practice), and Teaching Initiative Application Process. The deadline for applications in all three categories is 5.00 pm Friday 27 August 2010 – Six (6) copies should be submitted to Anne Campbell, Faculty Office.

A Faculty Teaching Awards Workshop will be convened on
Friday 23 July, from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm
in the SLC Common Room 524, Level 5, Brennan MacCallum Bldg.
